Recipes to Impress

THE ICONIC

Chill margarita glass. Add all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Double strain into chilled glass, garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml Iconic Botanical Spirit
25ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
50ml Grapefruit juice
25ml Rose syrup
25ml Simple syrup
1 part egg-white 

Garnish with:
Rosemary
Edible flowers
Pomagranate seeds

BASIL'S REVENGE

This is a built mocktail. Add crushed ice into a rocks glass. Pour Iconic and squeeze/muddle orange wedges into glass. Add lime juice and gently muddle basil leaves. Stir once (optional) and top up with premium tonic water of your choice. Garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml Iconic Botanical Spirit
2 to 3 Orange wedges
25ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed) 
4 to 5 Basil leaves
Premium tonic water of your choice
Ice 

Garnish with:
Basil 

THE JAMES

Chill martini glass. In your shaker, add ice and all ingredients. Shake it up 007 style (shake well). Double strain into glass, garnish with grapefruit peel and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml Iconic Botanical Spirit
25ml Rose syrup
25ml Lemon and lime juice (freshly squeezed)
25ml Simple syrup 
50ml Premium tonic water of your choice 
2 to 3 Fresh strawberries 
Ice

Garnish with:

SKYFALL

Mix pomegranate juice, orange juice, Iconic and passionfruit juice in a shaker. Pour over crushed ice in a rocks glass, garnish and serve.

50ml Pomegranate (juice or seeds)
50ml Orange juice
25ml Passionfruit juice
Crushed Ice

Garnish with:
Slice of lemon

ORANGE ELIXIR

Add ice into a highball glass and place sundried orange slices around glass. Pour Iconic then top with a premium tonic water of your choice. Garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50 ml Iconic Botanical Spirit 
2 to 3 Sundried orange slices 
Premium tonic water of your choice
Ice 

Garnish with:
Rosemary stem

FIRST LADY

Add ice into a highball glass and place a long cucumber slice around the glass. Pour Iconic then then top with a premium tonic water of your choice. Add a squeeze of fresh lime (optional), garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50 ml Iconic Botanical Spirit 
1 or 2 Long cucumber slices
Premium tonic water of your choice
1/2 Lime Ice 

Garnish with:
Rosemary stem
Cucumber slices
Slice of Lime

LA SUNSET

Add pomegranate seeds into highball glass and muddle until all the juices are released. Pour all other ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour content of the shaker into glass over ice and top up with premium tonic water of your choice. Garnish and serve.

25g Pomegranate seeds
25ml Lemon and Lime juice

MINT MARVEL

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into a glass. Top up with a premium tonic water of your choice, garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml Iconic Botanical Spirit
25ml Simple syrup
25ml Lemon and lime Juice
3 to 4 Cucumber wheels 
4 to 5 Mint leaves
Premium tonic water of your choice 
Ice

Garnish with: 
Mint leaves
Long cucumber slices inside glass

PENTHOUSE MAVERICK

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake until frothy. Strain and pour into a whiskey glass over ice. Garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml Iconic Botanical Spirit
25ml Lemon and Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
25ml Simple syrup
1 part egg-white
Ice

Garnish with:
Local bitters or Angostura (optional)
1/2 slice of Grapefruit 

Simple Syrup Recipe:
Place all ingredients into a jam jar and add hot water. Let mixture sit for at least 2-3 hours, then use as desired.

Ingredients:
2 medium sized Orange peels
1 medium sized Lemon peel
4 x Rooibos teabags 
20g Berries
500g Brown Sugar
1ℓ Hot water
