Refund policy

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We want you to enjoy every ICONIC sip, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Refunds or replacements can only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • The goods are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The goods were purchased directly from www.drink-iconic.com.

  • The goods are returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or used.

  • We do not offer refunds on Sale items or products purchased through third-party retailers.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and/or shipping insurance—especially for items over R600. ICONIC is not liable for return shipments lost, damaged, or broken in transit, particularly during colder months when bottles are more vulnerable.

How to Initiate a Return:

If your return meets the criteria above, please email hello@drink-iconic.com with the subject line RETURNS. Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your return to the manufacturer.

2. PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

  • If declined, we will provide a reason via email.

4. FOLLOW-UP ON REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there may be additional processing delays.

If more than 30 days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@drink-iconic.com and we’ll gladly assist you.
